Empowering vulnerable/orphans
Pakistan has the world's second highest number of children out of school, reaching 5.1 million in 2010. This is equivalent to 1 in 12 of the world's out-of-school children. Two-thirds of Pakistan's out of school children are girls, amounting to over 3 million girls out of school.
